High position…

Good Morning! Those who are in high position…

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” 1 Tim. 2:1-4

Elections are here. There are so many ads flying back and forth both negative and positive that it can be bewildering at times. The negative ones make me angry. I am not sure if I can trust the positive ones. It is very frustrating.

However, in our society, we have the ability to influence our society by our votes, so I believe we should. Be careful about your choices. Be wise and educate yourself to the best of your ability. Above all,  pray fervently, both for the selection process and then for those who are placed in high position!

As Paul reminds Timothy, our purpose is still to spread the good news! A peaceful society allows us to do this. God wants everyone to come to a knowledge of the truth! Those in high position and everyone else!!

God bless and have a great day!!
